PATIENT CARE ASSISTING PROGRAMADVANCED HEALTHCARE TRAININGThe program is designed to prepare students for employment as cross-trained nursing assistants, patient care assistants, nursing aides, or home health aides. Successful completion of this program prepares students for certification for employment as a nursing assistant in a nursing home. Students who successfully complete this course are eligible to take the state nursing assistant examination. Upon successfully passing the state examination, students will be certified by the Department of Health, Florida Board of Nursing, CNA Board. Career Courses:
