    FACIALS SPECIALTY PROGRAM

    BE A LICENSED FACIAL/SKIN CARE SPECIALIST

    CTAE's Facial Specialty program trains students to master the art and science of facials and skin care. Students who complete the program will earn a Certificate of Completion in Facials Specialty and be prepared to obtain state certification to become a licensed Facial/Skin Care Specialist.

    FACIALS SPECIALTY CAREER COURSE:

    CSP0265 Facials/Skin Care Specialist
    Communication, leadership, human relations and employability skills; safe and efficient work practices; Florida cosmetology law and rules; chemistry; bacteriology, anatomy and physiology; art of make-up, and development of skill in performing manipulative and electrical techniques required in the practice of facials specialist occupations.

    PROGRAM LENGTH:

    260 hours;
    Days: Full-time 7 hours per day, 10 weeks
    Evenings: Part-time 4.5 hours per evening, 15 weeks
